Who is this course for? Our Discovery Weeks are designed for groups who want to practise English outside the classroom. These groups discover more places of interest, completing project work and interacting with native speakers. The objective is to discover the purpose of learning English: to develop valuable skills which will create opportunities for them – not just another subject they study at school. The projects have been written by our teachers with educational and linguistic objectives. However, the courses are delivered by activity leaders as they are part of the daily excursions. Enjoy a specially-designed social programme of activities, projects and excursions to meet your group’s needs and interests. Trips included guided tours (if requested), travel and free time shopping! All our trips offer you the chance to immerse yourself in British culture. Whether it is history, architecture, museums, cathedrals, or famous monuments, our trips have something for everyone! As this course does not have a teaching component provided by BEC, it is not eligible for British Council accreditation. Contact us to discuss the perfect Discovery Week for your group.
